  In this model, a full time professional is dedicated to a client who works only for the client. That is the employee will not work for any other client

• HOUR BASED MODEL

  In this model, the client is charged on the number of hours worked for. This model is suitable for the clients who have lesser or ad-hoc volume of work. Benefits of Hour Based Model are:

  • In this model, the client has to pay for only that time which they have utilised, so reducing the overhead cost.
  • Quality work is delivered on time by the professionals without requiring the client to create a set up for accounting.
